I have launched my podcast! Even as I type those words, the idea is a little surreal. Hosting a podcast has been on my dream bucket list for quite some time, so the fact that You Can Do It is finally here makes me happy and proud.
I have always loved to talk. All throughout my school years, I was definitely that student about whom the teachers would say, “She’s a good student, but she talks too much.” To this day, my gift of gab is well known to my friends, my family, and my very patient partner.
I also love helping people. It is one of my core values. I have been in caring professions my entire adult life, from working in service industry to education and now as a life coach, business consultant, and family advocate.
Hosting a podcast is the best way to bring these two elements of who I am together. It was born out of my desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others and honor my mission of “helping others live their best lives while making the world a more inclusive place” by sharing resources, strategies, and information that will support them in doing so.
Last week, my first episode titled “Join the Journey: Foundations of Success and Core Values” jumped right into the importance of identifying your core values as a foundational element to maintaining a healthy life balance and achieving your success. This week’s episode, releasing at the end of the week, will continue that thread as I share my powerful framework for maintaining and nurturing a healthy life balance.
While I have a laundry list of topics for future episodes, I also want to hear from you. What topics would you like to see discussed? Knowing this information will help me to curate episodes that are meaningful for you and provide value for your life.
Share your ideas for future episodes with me in the comments or reach out to me diredctly. In the meantime, I would love for you to check out the show, give me a follow, and share it with others.
I often talk about the power of community and having a positive village surrounding you. You Can Do It is the embodiment of these principles. I hope you’ll join me on this epic adventure.
